Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this cannot be verified.

Your uploads

  • Only upload content you have the right to share — original work or properly licensed material.
  • No raw model weights, LoRA adapters, or training data — just character cards, lore books, and prompts.
  • Label adult content honestly. Mislabeled NSFW content will be removed and may get your account shadowbanned.

Content ownership

Your content is yours. Character cards, lore books, prompts, collections, chats — including the AI's responses inside your chats — it all belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of any of it, ever.

When you publish something, you grant us a perpetual, non-revocable license to distribute it in the ways you approved — like showing your published characters, chats, and collections to other users. That's a license, not a handover: you keep ownership, we just get to keep the site running.

One thing to know: publishing also lets other users fork and remix your work. Those copies belong to their new creators, and they stick around even if you later unpublish or delete the original.

Prohibited content and behavior

  • No doxxing. Do not post other people's personal information — real names, addresses, phone numbers, or any content designed to identify or harass a private individual.
  • No spam or bulk scraping. Automated mass-downloading, data harvesting, or sending unsolicited messages is prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
  • No harassment. Abusive messages, targeted hate, or coordinated pile-ons are grounds for removal.

Moderation

Content may be removed at moderator discretion. Accounts that repeatedly violate these terms will be shadowbanned or deleted. We try to be fair; if you think a decision was wrong, email us.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
